The WJ-NT104 supports PC-based
monitoring via a LAN/WAN or the Internet, enabling it to be used as part of
an extremely flexible monitoring configuration. Fully equipped with image
capture, JPEG and HTTP server functions, the WJ-NT104 can provide images
from up to four video sources with a 10BASE-T Ethernet Network. Ideal for
the manager who works at home, or the sole trader, the WJ-NT104 overcomes
time and location constraints as it can be programmed to monitor sites from
any PC, allowing precise real-time checks of current activity. The unit can
also be used as a tool for information service, such as traffic information,
or a live image service. Local images can be distributed over a network,
allowing sites to provide attractive, real-time images at each independent
PC workstation. The WJ-NT104 has 3
built-in alarm functions to capture those critical moments without fail. The
one-shot recording function records one frame after receiving the alarm, and
can be used for identifying car number plates in car parks, or for personnel
identification at cash dispensers or ID check entrances. The second function
is useful for confirming personnel activities at reception counters or in
shopping areas, as it records images continuously after receiving the alarm.
The third function records images continuously
before and after receiving an alarm – beneficial in locations where
continuous recording of an event in progress is required. Alarm notification
can be sent to a PC’s destination IP addresses and/or the user’s e-mail
address. |
